Shorter term consultancy may involve offering specialist guidance to particular teachers / TAs, departments or school leadership to improve specific areas of practice. Consultancy could also include working directly with your young people supporting them to establish a ‘Neurodiversity Council’ or ‘Autistic Pride’ club, gathering their perspective on their school experience for instance.
